"I ordered these beautiful earrings for our anniversary, paying extra for 2nd Day Air shipping to be sure they were here on time. They arrived eight days later, missing the event. I requested a refund of the shipping cost and customer service ignored me. Love Holly Yashi, their shipping not so much."
