Does you ship to U.S. Territories & Military Addresses?
We ship to all U.S. territories, APO/AFO addresses, and many international countries. Please visit the International section for more information.
Military APO/AFO Addresses
Orders shipped to APO/AFO addresses are shipped via USPS. Shipments to APO/AFO addresses may be subject to longer transit times due to military processing. Once the package has been delivered to the APO/AFO point, Holly Yashi is not responsible for the possible delays or lost shipments.
U.S. Territories
Orders shipped to U.S. territories are shipped via USPS.
Please allow additional time for delivery.
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination territory. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination territory. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
Do you ship internationally?
*NOTICE We are currently unable to ship to: United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Russia, Falkland Islands, Ukraine, and Moldova.
Canada
Items shipped to Canada must pass through customs; please allow extra time for deliveries to Canadian addresses. The approximate time frame is 5 – 21 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

International
We can ship to most countries*. Items shipped to international addresses must pass through customs; please allow extra time for deliveries to international addresses. The approximate time frame is 7 – 21 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

How do I return an item?
We accept returns and exchanges of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund up to 60 days, provided the merchandise is accompanied by the original receipt*. All sales are final on discounted or sale merchandise, limited editions, vintage, and custom pieces. No refunds or exchanges.
*Returns and exchanges without an original receipt can still be made, however, processing may take slightly longer. Contact a customer service representative for instructions on processing a return or exchange without a receipt.
Carefully package the merchandise to be returned in the original packaging or a protective mailer and enclose the original receipt.

Refunds will take up to 30 business days. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original form of payment. If you made your purchase with a credit card, the credit should reflect on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you made your purchase with an eGift Certificate, we will credit the amount to the eGift Certificate. Sorry, shipping charges can not be refunded.
*Please note, your financial institution may take up to 10 days or more to process your refund and credit your account.

Ordering & Payments
Am I able to modify or cancel my order?
We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
Orders typically ship within 2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process, as well as an email that states your order confirmation number.
Because we ship so quickly, orders placed online cannot be modified or canceled, but items can always be returned within 60 days for a full refund. Please view our shipping and return policies for more details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, and Holly Yashi eGift Certificates.
Your credit card is charged when your order is placed. If you need to cancel your order prior to shipment call or email customer service for a full refund.
When using a Holly Yashi eGift Certificate, credit cards will only be charged if the order total exceeds the amount available on the Holly Yashi eGift Certificate. In this scenario, you will be charged the outstanding order balance. The information on your credit card will not be used for any other purpose.
NOTICE: Payment Authorizations to cards issued in countries other than the United States may be subject to different processing times and additional verification. Individual banks and credit card processors may vary in how charges against authorizations are handled as well as how quickly authorizations are voided on canceled orders. Please contact your financial institution for more information.
