"I usually love whatever I pick from Holly Yashi & used my Christmas Gift $$ to purchase the Special Edition Orla Neclace & Earrings ( unfortunately!!)) plus 2 other items as on Christmas Day Only you were offering a special discount ( just for 1 day ) & I leapt on it as I had been eyeing the Orla for some time …. On line & from the description I thought I was getting a Pink / Mauve toned set - instead I was upset to Dr a mostly Earth - Toned Necklace with No Sparkle . . Because it was on Sale ( Final Sale ) it was not Returnable 🤫I initial congratulated myself for looking at my emails on such a busy day ( whilst also simultaneously feel annoyed that it was Just for Christmas Day) . . Out of my 4 items the only thing I really liked were my Heart Earrings , the other necklace was not really as bright as shown … All in all , after taking the time to carefully select ( as most of us do ) the perfect present for family & friends I felt let down & because it was a Cash Gift , only wished I’d waited &/ or spent my Gift $$ more carefully , I could have chosen 1 more $$ item from Holly Yashi ( vs 4 ) , instead of falling for both the Promotion & the wrong color presentation / description . . For some people spending $250or si is no big deal (Igor me a Splurge ) Not being able to get a Refund a real loss!"
