Item great, customer service and webpage not so great
"I am happy with this gift, the earrings are beautiful. However, the website did not prompt the option to send to another address, so it defaulted to my address. When I called and spoke to someone to discuss and make the change, they did. However, they were not very customer service-oriented. When I described the problem with the webpage asking that they pass along my feedback, they said, well no one else has said that (as if my feedback were not important). They confirmed who the package was going to and who it was from, yet, when my friend received it, it said it was from her. The customer service could be better, but I am glad the earrings were a hit."
