Having breast cancer has truly been a transformative experience.
It is my goal to increase awareness and encourage other women to be proactive with their health.
I was diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer in late 2011. Today I am cancer free, thanks to the incredible doctors with whom I worked, especially Dr. Ellen Mahoney, who made my experience a positive one. There is no way I could ever repay her kind heart and prodigious skill, yet I still want to share my gratitude in an impactful way to benefit cancer awareness and prevention.
Having breast cancer has truly been a transformative experience for my faith and my body. I’ve been so blessed to have had skillful doctors, my family, my friends, and a positive, supportive environment. I hope to be able to encourage other women to be proactive with their health, and by purchasing one of these special pieces, you help to provide resources and patient advocacy.
For over a decade, Holly Yashi has proudly supported breast cancer research and advocacy through our Special Edition Cancer Awareness Ribbon collection (formerly the Pink Ribbon collection). Now, we're expanding our efforts by adding new colors and turning our focus to helping even more organizations make positive impacts within their communities. For every Cancer Awareness Ribbon piece of jewelry sold, $5 has gone toward providing services and support directly to those in need. Each piece comes in special gift packaging and is a meaningful way to help increase awareness and provide important patient resources.
Our lives have been touched by cancer; this is one way in which we’re giving back to win the fight against it.
Uh-oh, we're out of ribbons, but you can still shop Breast Health Awareness.
