"I rate the necklace 4 or 5 stars. I rate your business acumen as 0 stars. You stated that there was a 20% discount for the Black Friday week. When I clicked the 10% off button you penalized me, telling me later that you didn't give credit for both discounts. Fair enough, but you should have given us the larger of the two discounts rather than penalizing us for agreeing to (I think it was) getting on the mailing list. Shame on you."
