"Thank you for sending me a replacement to the first pair I purchased. Now that I have had the opportunity to wear more than once, I have noticed these earrings turn around quite a bit (the ornate metal turns to the back). When this happens and I attempt to turn it back it is very hard to do and I find myself worried that once again they will break. So I rated it a three because even though they are beautiful earrings they are hard to wear."

"I cannot comment on the earrings yet, as they are a gift for my wife waiting to be given. There was, however, a little hitch in the USPS delivery tracking that reported the order had been delivered but I could not find it. The USPS site was pretty useless, so I called Holly Yashi and quickly got a real, live person who made suggestions for the next steps and what Holly Yashi would follow-up with if those did not work. Two hours later the postal carrier actually delivered the order, so I called back to let Holly Yashi know that the matter could be closed, and got a live person almost as quickly. It is just so refreshing to encounter that level of customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Holly Yashi again in the future."
