Sticky flips

"It is pretty and I like the style with the movement. However, sometimes one of the pieces gets twisted and doesn't flip back to its normal position and I have to take the earring off to get it back to its normal position."

Disappointed

"Earlier this year I bought a pair of these for a friend who lives in France but didn’t get a chance to give them to her until last week when she arrived for a visit. She loves them, but she’s having the same problem with them twisting. And one of the back pieces has come apart already! I’ve bought quite a few pieces from your company over the years and I’m sadly disappointed with the quality of this pair."
